  • Remove or store things away you don’t need, to create an inviting feeling
  • Ensure the exterior of the home is appealing by cutting & trimming the lawn/shrubs.
  • Make sure sidewalks & driveways are serviceable, and remove any extra vehicles
  • In the kitchen, clear away extra appliances & accessories from the counters.
  • Clear areas used for memos and children. Clean and organize your bathroom vanities, counters & linen closets.
  • Remove newspapers & magazines from coffee and end tables. Remove and store any old furniture in need of repair, replace unhealthy plants.
  • Clear children play areas, minimize closet items, store extra toys-clothes-boxes as well as excess furniture from bedroom areas.
